Prior to that, I was a Scrum master of a twelve member team (with onshore and offshore team members in India) building online sales web portals targeting insurance brokers. I was responsible to organize and conduct the scrum meetings like planning, reviews, retrospectives and grooming. My contribution was to help my team become better, more productive and hung together, to eliminate problems and to support our continuous software quality improvement efforts
